1. 1.1 Eligibility: The Maple Leaf Monster Jam Monster Truck Name Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, except employees, retirees of Sponsor or any of its related or affiliated companies and members of the immediate family of these employees and retirees or any person with whom they are domiciled (“Entrant(s)”). Entrants under the age of majority in his/her respective Province must have his/her parent or legal guardian submit the entry on behalf of the underage Entrant.

2. 1.2 Contest Period and Methods of Entry: Starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 4, 2011 and continuing until 11:59 p.m. ET on October 11, 2011 (“Contest Period”), Entrants may enter the Contest by answering the question, “What name do you think best represents the Canadian Monster Jam truck based on the design of the truck and what you think Monster Jam stands for in Canada?” by submitting a name (“Submitted Name”) for the new Canadian Monster Jam truck (the “Truck”), using one of the following method of entry: (i) completing and submitting the entry form online at www.monsterjamcanada.ca, filling out all fields; or (ii) completing and mailing in an entry to Sponsor (in accordance with Section 7.6). All submissions must be in English. Incomplete entries will not be valid. Entries by any method other than those set forth herein are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, whether paper or electronic. Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry (via online or mail-in entries) per person, per household. Entries indicating the same e-mail address or mailing address will be considered, for purposes of this Contest, to belong to the same Entrant and therefore are subject to the above restriction. Any additional entries will be invalid for purposes of the Contest.

2. Prize:

1. 2.1 Prize: There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) which will be awarded to the Entrant whose contact information (name, e-mail address, and mailing address) has been given by the Entrant at time of completion of the entry and who has complied with these Rules. The Prize will be awarded to one (1) Entrant, and includes the following:

• The Winning Name painted on the Truck;
• VIP entrance and two (2) roundtrip travel accommodations to a press conference on or about November 30, 2011 when the Truck will be presented to the public;
• Ten (10) VIP tickets to a Monster Jam event in Toronto, Ontario (the “Event”);
• A meet and greet with Monster Jam truck drivers;
• Photographs with Cam McQueen and the Truck;
• One (1) hotel room for a one (1) night stay for winner and one (1) guest on the night of the Event;
• Two (2) roundtrip travel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest to the Event;
• Four (4) Monster Jam program books;
• A dinner for two (2) at the Event; and
• Monster Jam merchandise including a 2012 tour poster signed by Monster Jam drivers

The total Prize has an approximate retail value of $1,800.00 CAD. The Prize must be accepted as described in these Official Contest Rules and cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with other prize(s) of equal or greater value, without liability.

3. Odds: Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number and calibre of all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of a Finalist being selected as the Winning Name are 1 in 4.

4. Winning Name Selection:

1. 4.1 Finalist Selections: Between on or about October 12, 2011 through October 16, 2011, a committee composed of five (5) Sponsor representatives (the “Committee”) will examine all Submitted Names in the pool of eligible entries and will select four (4) top choices for the name of the Truck (“Finalist Names”). Selection of Finalist Names will take place at the offices of Feld Motor Sports, 4255 Meridian Parkway Aurora, IL 60504 USA. The Committee will vote for names among the eligible Entrants and four (4) Finalist Names will be selected using the following criteria:

2. Originality (25%); Creativity (25%); Capacity to Evoke Canadian Pride (25%); and Ability to Capture and Reflect the Essence of “Monster Jam Canada” (25%).

3. In the event that multiple, valid entries containing the same Submitted Name are received during the Entry Period, and such Submitted Name is selected by the Committee as a Finalist Name, a random drawing will be held from such entries to determine which entrant will be deemed to have submitted the Finalist Name.

4. 4.2 Winner Selection: From 12:01 a.m. ET on October 17, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. ET on October 21, 2011, the four (4) Finalist Names will be posted at www.monsterjamcanada.ca, and fans will be allowed to vote for their favourite name for the Truck. On or about October 23, 2011, the Entrant who submitted the Finalist Name receiving the greatest number of votes will be notified that they have been selected as a potential winner (via the e-mail address or telephone number provided by such Entrant at the time of entry).

5. Official Winner Qualifications and Announcement: In order to be declared an official winner, the selected Entrant must meet the following qualifications:

1. (a) Respond to the notice that they have been selected as a potential winner within ninety-six (96) hours of such notice;

2. (b) Correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, and if Entrant does not respond or answers incorrectly, Sponsor may then select a new Finalist Name from the remaining three (3) Finalist Names. This selection process will continue until a Finalist Name submitted by an eligible entrant who has correctly answered the skill-testing question has been selected.

3. (c) Provide satisfactory identification, including proof of age, residence and any other eligibility requirements; and

4. (d) Sign and return to Sponsor within seven (7) days, an agreement and release form confirming Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing Sponsor, the suppliers of the prizes and their respective officers, agents, employees or representatives from all liability for damages he or she may incur as a result of participating in this contest and accepting and using the prize.

1. Failure to meet the above qualifications or to comply with any other aspect of these contest rules will cause the Prize to be forfeited, in which case, the Prize may be re-awarded at Sponsor’s discretion. The name of the winner and Winning Name will be announced at a press conference to be held on or about November 30, 2011.

6. Conditions of Participation and Release: Submission of an entry grants Sponsor the right to use and/or modify the Submitted Name, whether or not selected as the Winning Name, in any way without limitation or compensation to the entrant and constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to Sponsor all rights to the Submitted Name in perpetuity. The Winning Name may be used, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, as the official name of the Truck or any other Monster Jam truck, but Sponsor is under no obligation to use the Winning Name. Submission of an entry grants Sponsor the right, except where prohibited by law, if such entrant is selected as a finalist or winner, to use such entrant’s name, likeness, picture, address (city and state only), voice, biographical information and written or oral statements, for promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing Sponsor and its products or services, without compensation unless required by law. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and all of its employees and agents from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential, arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Contest, or the use or misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel related thereto. Submitted Name must not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion and must not defame or invade the privacy of any person. Submitted Name must be original, must not have been previously published, released or distributed and must have been created and owned exclusively by the entrant who submitted it, and must not otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. All Submitted Names and all entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any Submitted Name that includes references to third parties or contains parts not owned by entrant will be disqualified. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.

7. General Rules

1. 7.1 By participating, each Entrant and selected winner acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and accepted these Rules and agrees:

   1. (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decision of Sponsor;

   2. (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and any of its related or affiliated companies, their officers, agents, employees or representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, controversies, damages, losses, expenses (including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) and causes of action of every kind for any and all injuries which may arise out of or are in any way related to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest;

   3. (c) acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, Sponsor and its affiliates have the right to use and publicize the winner’s name and the fact that he or she has won a specific prize for publicity purposes, without compensation or liability, except where prohibited by law, and agrees to sign a release acknowledging such rights;

   4. (d) acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of entering that all entries and submissions become the sole property of Sponsor and its affiliates and Sponsor has the right to use as desired without compensation or liability; and

   5. (e) acknowledges that his or her Submitted Name is the Entrant’s original idea and does not, to the Entrant’s knowledge, violate any other party’s trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right.

2. 7.2 All decisions of Sponsor including, without limitation, the validation of entries and the evaluation of the Entrant’s answer to the skill testing question, will be final and binding, without right of appeal.

3. 7.3 Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed date transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contests, or for lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to exclude such person from the Contest and to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. 7.4 Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.

5. 7.5 Under no circumstances will Sponsor and any of its related or affiliated companies and their officers, agents, employees or representatives be required to award more Prizes than what is indicated in these Rules or award the Prize other than in accordance with these Rules.

6. 7.6 No purchase is necessary. Eligible persons wishing to enter this Contest without participating in the online contest may send a postcard or letter to Feld Motor Sports, Inc., Maple Leaf Monster Jam Monster Truck Name Contest, 4255 Meridian Parkway Aurora, Illinois 60504 USA, which must be postmarked no later than October 11, 2011. Each entry must contain the Entrant’s name, mailing address with postal code, valid e-mail address and daytime telephone number. Sponsor will not accept entries by fax, courier, and personal delivery or by any method other than as noted above. Limit one entry per person.

7. 7.7 The Contest is subject to all federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. Void where prohibited.

8. Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies. Please review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.monsterjam.com/PrivacyPolicy. Data collected from this contest will be stored on a third-party server in Chicago, Illinois, USA, administered by Vroman Systems, Inc. and Entrants should also review Vroman's privacy policy at www.formsite.com/privacy.html. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information submitted in connection with this Contest and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s and Vroman’s privacy policies.
